Description:

This feature is to implement a user preference to make his/her sessions read-only until the preference is unchecked again.

It's very useful for example when you have access to a production environment and don't want to mess up things, it is common to have one tab open with Production, and another tab with Test, and is very easy to do mistakes here with unintended changes to Production data.

When the preference is set the sessions opened by the user are read-only - he/she cannot change anything - or run processes, but it still can run most reports.
